KUALA LUMPUR FASHION WEEK 2023 (KLFW 2023), ‘LISM’ spring/summer 2024
The collection this year titled ‘LISM’ Spring/Summer 2024 was created following Jimmy’s father’s passing from Covid late 2022. The designer wanted to do it as a tribute to his father, but did not want to integrate that sadness into his work. Jimmy then decided to put a positive spin on it, looking towards the future with the tagline ‘The future is looking bright’.
The collection has feels of futurism and minimalism, hence the name ‘LISM’, with a mix of raw and natural materials which are kind to the skin. Experimental shapes and fabric manipulation techniques were introduced to the collection to create a truly unique look.
